Personality Configuration

Every agent can be customised to match your preferred communication style:

  • Communication style — Formal, casual, friendly, or professional
  • Formality level — How structured and polished the responses should be
  • Emoji preference — None, minimal, moderate, or frequent
  • Language — Primary language for responses (English, French, and more)
  • Timezone — For scheduling and time-aware responses

Skills & Capabilities

Enable or disable specific skills for your agent:

  • Email management — Draft, summarise, and respond to emails
  • Calendar & scheduling — Manage appointments and reminders
  • Content creation — Write blog posts, social media, and marketing copy
  • Data analysis — Process spreadsheets, generate reports
  • Research — Web search and information gathering
  • Customer support — Handle inquiries and ticket management

Updating Your Agent

All settings can be changed from the agent settings page in your dashboard. Changes to personality and skills are applied immediately — your agent will use the new configuration for its next response.
