Step 2: Complete Onboarding
The onboarding wizard guides you through 6 steps:
- Select your agent archetype (Aria, Marcus, Nova, Kai, or a specialist)
- Choose services and capabilities your agent should have
- Configure personality traits (communication style, formality, emoji use)
- Tell us about your business challenges
- Pick your preferred communication channel
- Select your brain tier and review
Step 3: Start Chatting
Once your agent is provisioned, you can chat with it directly from the dashboard. Use the web chat for immediate access, or connect a channel like Telegram for on-the-go communication.
