Nexus AI agents can communicate through multiple channels. Each channel connects to the same agent with the same memory and personality — your agent is consistent regardless of how you reach it.

Multi-Channel Behaviour

Your agent maintains separate conversation sessions per channel but shares the same core memory. This means:

  • Conversations on Telegram are separate from web chat conversations
  • Your agent remembers facts you've told it regardless of which channel
  • You can use different channels for different purposes (e.g., Telegram for quick questions, web chat for longer sessions)
