Managing Your Subscription

All billing is handled through Stripe, a secure payment processor. You can manage your subscription from the dashboard billing page.

What You Can Do

  • View your current plan and brain tier
  • See upcoming invoices and payment history
  • Download PDF invoices for accounting
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Change your brain tier
  • Update payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your agent will continue working until the end of your current billing period. No data is deleted — you can reactivate at any time.
